Restarting the Betting Community

After the current season has been played and processed, you can set up your betting game for the new season very easily. Just a few clicks, and you can start over. This is how:

Function "Restart"

In the Administrator area you will find the menu option “Restart”. Here you can set up your betting game for the new season. After the restart, all points will be reset to 0 and the selected season will begin again. If needed, you can add further questions or change any other rules and settings.

But careful, there are a few points of note:

Wait until the betting game is really over

Of course the earliest date for restarting is after the last match of the betting game . But even after that, you should wait one or two weeks for the players to soak up the final table. Ideally, you should inform the members via e-mail as to how long the tables will be available and the restart date.

Print the final table beforehand

Since the restart will delete all bets and points, you should print the final table beforehand or otherwise save it.

Save member data

If you activate the option “Delete Members”, you must pay special attention! This will delete all member data once and for all.

If you want to send the available members an e-mail to inform them that the betting community is about to restart, you must do so before the actual restart or, for professional accounts, download the list of players and e-mail addresses as a .csv file. Menu option “Data Export”.
